Note: Since this didn't rise much, I cut it in half crosswise, then cut each half into 4 slices so they were the size of regular bread. This is better toasted. Makes 8 slices @ 2. NET carbs Ingredients: 1/4 c ground sesame seeds 1/4 c ground flax seeds (0) 1/4 cup protein powder (2) 1/4 cup soy flour 3 eggs 1/2 c sour cream 1 1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t salt 4 T olive oil Preheat oven 350. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 25 min. Total: 44 carb (19 NET carbs). |
