This page and the pages to follow are all about weight loss tips and recipes. The recipes are going to be delicious! I like good food that tastes fantastic. So in my program you get to eat good tasty food and lots of it. Forget about starvation diets because they will only destroy your metabolism. And when you finally start to eat normal again you will gain weight back because your metabolism is much slower than it was before your starvation diet.
If you want to train your body to be a fat burning machine you have to eat food in order to train your metabolism to be more efficient and faster. You have to eat good healthy food and divide your meals into 5 to 6 meals a day.
You have to make sure you eat good healthy proteins and fats and lots of vegetables.
These recipes will make you burn fat and be delicious at the same time.

Here is an example of all of the delicious recipes to follow.
Swiss & Crab Pie
1 cup Swiss (or cheddar), shredded
8 oz crab meat
3 beaten eggs
3/4 c heavy cream
1/4 c water
1/2 t salt
dry mustard to taste
Preheat oven to 325. Sprinkle cheese in large quiche or pie pan, lightly sprayed with PAM.
Top with crab. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake 40-45 min.
Serves 4 @ 3 carb
